Job Description: Salesforce Technical Architect

Experience: Minimum 10 Years in Salesforce Architecture/Solution Architecture

Skills:

Expertise in Salesforce, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Force.com platform, and Einstein Analytics.
Extensive full-cycle implementation experience with Salesforce (application design, architecture, and development).
Strong knowledge of SFDC integration components (APIs, Security, Data Model, Apex, Web Services, Data Loaders, etc.).
Proficiency in APEX and Visualforce with deep knowledge of Salesforce APIs and hands-on experience in building custom APIs and integrations.
Understanding of enterprise application integration, including SOA, ESB, EAI, ETL environments, and considerations such as process orchestration, customer data integration, and master data management.
Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management frameworks and strategies.
Desirable skills: Salesforce Development, Technical Delivery, Lightning LWC, Copado.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical governance across Salesforce Platform solutions.
Assess and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce application solutions to meet user requirements and business objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Develop innovative solutions and tools related to Salesforce to improve productivity, understanding overall business operations.
Design provisioning solutions and understand how CRM interacts with provisioning layers.
Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support enterprise high availability Salesforce applications.
Coordinate with technical resources within and outside the Salesforce Platforms team.
Demonstrate thought leadership in Salesforce CRM and platform innovations and practices.
