Job Description

Job Role: Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolutions.
  • Work in a 24/7 shift environment.
  • Work 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree (experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Immediate joiners only.
  • Prior BPO experience of at least 6 months is advantageous.

Package and Benefits:

  • Salary range: ₹1.70 LPA - ₹2.80 LPA
  • Provident Fund and Employee State Insurance
