Job Description: Sr. Procurement Project Management Specialist
As a Senior Procurement Project Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing end-to-end project management processes within a fast-paced and complex business environment. You will collaborate with a team of dedicated colleagues on high-impact projects that drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that projects meet deadlines, tracking and monitoring progress, and preparing comprehensive reports for senior leadership on project status and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the operational and strategic aspects of sourcing projects.
- Collaborate with Category and Commodity leaders to develop strategies and drive projects to successful completion.
- Review project statuses and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare detailed status reports.
- Identify project issues and develop resolutions to achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Create mechanisms to monitor project progress and intervene when necessary, working closely with project managers, line managers, and customers.
