Candidates should have excellent troubleshooting, interpersonal, and communication skills, both oral and written. Fluency in English is required, with the ability to clearly interact with customers, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate with both onshore and offshore teams.

Manage and maintain large, complex enterprise networks, including data centers, DMZ networks, and backbone networks.
Oversee network management for both data and voice operations.
Configure and manage LAN/WAN/WLAN environments, with expertise in setting up routers, switches, and WLAN controllers.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of IOS, CATOS, NXOS, and EOS.
Administer MPLS, IPsec VPN, and other WAN technologies using Cisco ASR and ISR routers in a large, complex network environment.
Utilize extensive experience with Cisco Nexus (7000, 9300, 5500, 2000 series), Cisco Catalyst (6500, 4500, 3800, 2900 series), and other Cisco networking equipment.
Work with Arista switches, including the DCS-7050QX-32S and 7504 models.
Manage Cisco wireless LAN controllers (8500 and 5500 series).
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco ISA-3000-2C2F Industrial Security Appliances.
Implement and manage Cisco ISE-SNAC configurations and troubleshoot issues.
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco CGR 2010 routers.
Administer Cisco ASA, Firepower, and FortiGate firewalls.
Set up and maintain F5 BIG IP LTM, GTM, ASM, and vCMP on F5 Viprion systems.
Work with Cisco voice gateways and unified communication managers.
Utilize IP packet capture tools such as Network Physics, Wireshark, and Ethereal for network analysis and troubleshooting.
Support and maintain multi-location enterprise-wide area networks.
Apply hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching platforms.
Possess a deep understanding of OSPF, EIGRP, BGP routing protocols, PIM multicast, TCP/IP, VLSM, and ACLs.
Configure network protocols and technologies, including VPC, port-channel, HSRP, VTP, VLAN, OTV, and VXLAN.
Operate various monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Telenium Spectra, ServiceNow, and Netcool.
Handle high-severity incidents effectively and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Manage and guide network teams, interface with customers, and handle escalation management.
Communicate effectively with customers and present tailored network solutions.
Deliver excellent presentations and provide outstanding customer service.
Participate in Change and Incident Management meetings, representing the team and ensuring clear communication with offshore teams.
Identify and mitigate network risks and vulnerabilities.
Ensure strong vendor management and compliance with ITIL V4 framework.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and industry developments.
Document technical processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Demonstrate strategic thinking and strong client-facing skills.
