Role & Responsibilities

Primary Responsibility:
The Associate Member will support team activities, perform contract analysis, and ensure timely reporting of monitoring deliverables.

Key Tasks:

  1. Contract Analysis:

    • Participate in contract analysis, contract hierarchy, and contracting standards.
    • Validate Statements of Work (SOW) and ensure adherence to frameworks.
  2. Governance:

    • Coordinate customer meetings attended by senior management to address key risk issues and findings.
    • Record minutes, create action plans, and follow up until closure.
  3. Operational Risk Management:

    • Conduct risk reviews, validate contract documents, and provide feedback for model improvement.
    • Collaborate with platform developers to design client-specific tools.
    • Assist in quality control (QC) reporting.
  4. Compliance:

    • Manage closures of action items from incident or loss management.
    • Investigate and document compliance issues or losses.
  5. Additional Responsibilities:

    • Prepare client presentations, highlighting key findings and improvement areas.
    • Handle escalations effectively.

Professional Qualifications & Personality:

  • Education:

    • Postgraduate in M.Com, MBA (Finance), CS, CA, CWA, or a PG Diploma in Law/Finance.
    • Basic understanding of contracting standards and hierarchy.
  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in GSuite tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Personality:

    • Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, energetic, and adaptable to a global environment.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in Finance or Legal domains.
  • Proven ability to assist team members in high-demand scenarios.

Key Competencies:

  • Problem analysis and resolution skills.
  • Quick information assimilation to identify and address critical issues.
  • Strong initiative to obtain and utilize necessary information.
