As a Consultant in the Data & AI – CMT practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients transform their businesses through data-driven solutions. Leveraging AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics, you will work closely with leading global Telecom, Media, and Technology clients to design and implement AI-driven solutions that drive revenue growth and cost optimization.
You will be part of Accenture’s Data & AI practice, a global network of 20,000+ professionals, driving end-to-end analytics solutions—from data strategy to execution—helping clients stay ahead of the competition.

- Design & implement AI-powered solutions tailored for telecom industry needs, optimizing network performance, customer experience, and revenue growth.
- Analyze large telecom datasets using SQL, Python, R, and PySpark to extract meaningful insights for decision-making.
- Propose AI-driven enhancements to telecom platforms, ensuring long-term and sustainable value for clients.
- Engage with clients to understand business challenges, conduct gap analysis, and identify AI-driven opportunities.
- Define business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications for AI-driven solutions.
- Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques such as Random Forest, XGBoost, Gradient Boosting, and Decision Trees.
- Conduct time series forecasting, econometric modeling, and deep learning applications (RNN, CNN, etc.) for advanced telecom analytics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, collaborating with business and technology teams to drive successful AI transformations.
- Communicate insights through data storytelling and presentations to senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML trends, particularly in Telecom, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors.
- Work on cutting-edge AI use cases such as text mining, image recognition, IoT analytics, and predictive modeling.
- Leverage cloud-based AI platforms (Google Vertex AI, BigQuery, AWS, Azure) to enhance data processing efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across strategy, technology, and operations.
- Maintain best practices in data governance, AI ethics, and responsible AI deployment.
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Engineering or related field
- Master’s Degree (MBA, M.Tech, MSc) in Data Science, AI, or related specialization from Tier-1/Tier-2 institutes
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science & AI, with at least 3 years in Telecom Analytics
- Direct client-facing experience (India or abroad) is mandatory
- Programming & Data Analytics: Python, R, SQL, PySpark, BigQuery, Vertex AI
- Machine Learning & AI: Random Forest, XGBoost, Gradient Boosting, Decision Trees, RNN, CNN
- Statistical & Predictive Modeling: Logistic Regression, Time Series Analysis, Econometrics
- Data Visualization & BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Excel
- Optimization Techniques (Good to Have): Linear & Non-linear Optimization, Evolutionary Algorithms
- Cloud Certifications & Computer Vision Experience (Preferred)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities

- Willingness to travel or relocate to Japan as per business needs
