Job Description – Application Developer (Oracle Siebel Configuration)

Project Role: Application Developer

Project Role Description:
Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Location: Kolkata

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Oracle Siebel Configuration

Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education (UG: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization | PG: Any Postgraduate)

Role & Responsibilities:

Work independently and develop expertise as an Oracle Siebel Configuration SME.
Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving initiatives.
Design, develop, and implement Oracle Siebel configurations based on business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Siebel configurations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle Siebel technology.

Professional & Technical Skills:

✅ Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Configuration
Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL queries
Experience in customization & configuration of Oracle Siebel applications
Knowledge of integration technologies such as Web Services and EAI
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and debugging Siebel configurations

✅ Good-to-Have Skills:

Expertise in PL/SQL, Hibernate, Java, J2EE, Spring, and RESTful services
Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite, Database Management Systems (DBMS), and SQL Server
Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, C#, and MySQL

Additional Information:

This role is based in Kolkata.
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Oracle Siebel Configuration.
The candidate must have 15 years of full-time education.
