• Lead or support proposal development, ensuring high-quality submissions in collaboration with sales teams.

• Develop insights into industry and technology trends, sharing them with the broader practice and Wipro groups.
• Contribute to team thought leadership initiatives, documenting case studies where applicable.

• Deliver timely Wipro administrative tasks (timesheets, appraisals, expenses, etc.).
• Suggest improvements in engagement processes by leveraging Wipro’s tools, methods, and knowledge management resources.
• Contribute to the central knowledge repository, promoting reuse and sharing of intellectual property.
• Collaborate with other consulting and delivery teams, actively participating in Wipro's internal communities.
• Contribute to the development of new service offerings and capabilities based on client needs and personal expertise.
• Provide training and demonstrations to staff, fostering learning and the development of reusable assets.
• Proactively engage in practice development initiatives and share ideas to enhance team performance.

1. Deliver Growth in Consulting Revenues:

   • Support business performance and achieve personal utilization targets.
   • Contribute to the growth of consulting services through successful engagements.
   • Track the number of transformation engagements delivered and client testimonials.

2. Generate Impact:

   • Enable further business opportunities through front-end consulting and strong client relationships.
   • Identify and pursue downstream opportunities for Wipro.

3. Grow Market Positioning:

   • Lead or contribute to the development of thought leadership, frameworks, and assets.
   • Generate ideas and contribute to the growth of new consulting solutions and service offerings.

4. Provide Consulting Leadership to Accounts:

   • Support client account teams to expand consulting services and achieve Wipro’s account objectives.
   • Track the value and number of consulting deals supported within accounts.

5. Grow Consulting Talent:

   • Enhance consulting capabilities through training (minimum 32 hours annually).
   • Participate in knowledge management and contribute to the consulting community by sharing best practices.
