Note: This role offers a work-from-home opportunity after 3 months of training in Noida. MBA graduates of 2024 are welcome to apply.

Job Objective:
The role focuses on selling paid services to registered members of the platform through chat and inbound processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with system-qualified leads and convert registered users from free to paid memberships or upgrades.
  • Sell membership plans through various communication channels such as phone, chat, or video calls, and accurately update all interactions in the CRM software.
  • Meet sales targets by promoting high-value packs to registered users of Jeevansathi.com.
  • Maintain high communication quality standards according to defined metrics.
  • Maximize profitability by achieving higher conversion rates from calls and chats.
